Born and raised in Tokyo, he received B.A. Degrees in
Tokyo University of the Arts (Tokyo Geijutsu Daigaku).
After the graduation, He visit Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia under the theme of religious music.
He won the first prize
with his "Sinfonia"-for orchestra" in Japan Symphony Promotion The Music Foundation Award" after performing in the concert of contemporary Japanese orchestra with Komatsu Kazuhiko's conducting and The Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. This piece nominated for the Akutagawa Prize sponsored by Suntory Music Foundation too.
He was a semi finalist in "Leonard Bernstein Jerusalem International Music Competition" with his "Eliezer the priests and 7 Trumpeters - for Orchestra".
He studied composition under Izumi Yamada, Urata Kenzirou and Matsumura Teizou, studied Trombone under Goro Sekine and Yukio Nagahama, studied Piano under Akiko Noguchi and Shun Sato, studied Conducting under Yoko Matsuo.
He worked as an asistant of Composer Toru Takemitsu and Toshio Hosokawa.
2004 to 2006, He worked as a Lecturer of
Tokyo University of the Arts.
He was a general producer of "Edo traditional arts Festival in 2010 ".
